Group travel booking terms
Booking
By group travel is meant that at least 10 people travel together at the same time on one travel document and that one of the travellers is appointed as responsible for the group/group leader.

Payment
Payment must be received by Destination Gotland no later than 28 days before departure. Bookings made later than 28 days before departure must be paid immediately. Rebookings made later than 28 days before departure that entail costs for the group must be paid immediately.
Changes and cancellations
A group booking cannot be divided or split after the journey has started. A traveller who misses the boarding time or withdraws from the group trip to travel at another time must purchase a new ticket at the regular daily price.
- If cancellation of the entire group trip takes place between 28 days and 24 hours before departure, Destination Gotland has the right to retain 50% of the total value of the trip.
- In the event of changes or cancellations later than 24 hours before departure of the entire group or individual travellers, Destination Gotland has the right to retain 100% of the total price of the trip.
Cancellation of individual travellers on a group trip
- 28–12 days before departure, Destination Gotland has the right to retain 50% of the total value of the trip.
- 11 days – 48 hours before departure, Destination Gotland has the right to retain 75% of the total price of the trip.
- Meal vouchers are non-refundable.
Passenger list
According to the Swedish Maritime Administration's regulations, the carrier must state name, date of birth, nationality and any disability in its passenger lists. This applies to all passengers.
- The attached passenger list must be received by gruppresor@destinationgotland.se no later than 7 days before departure.
- For bookings made later than 7 days before departure, the passenger list must be sent in immediately.
Check-in
Groups need to be at the terminal at least 1 hour before departure. The group leader is responsible for correcting any changes and checking in the group. Boarding passes with the travellers' names, seat numbers and the scheduled departure are printed together with the meal vouchers.
The group leader is responsible for distributing the boarding passes to the group travellers before boarding. The boarding pass is personal and may not be transferred to another person. ID checks occur at boarding.
- Check-in and boarding open no later than 1.5 hours before departure.
- Boarding closes 20 minutes before departure.
Reservation for changes
We reserve the right to any changes to times, prices, payment and discount terms decided during the validity of the timetable.
