The following vehicles are booked via freight booking - Heavy truck regardless of length - Light truck over 9 m - Tractors and agricultural equipment - Unaccompanied vehicles (without driver) - Vehicles that require assistance from the terminal's machinery Prices The current freight price is SEK 287.50 per linear meter including VAT. Loading and unloading fees may apply in some cases, for example for unaccompanied vehicles. A passenger car ticket for the driver is charged separately. The current price for transporting a passenger car without a driver is SEK 1,944 including VAT. Note that the car must be registered and fully roadworthy. We reserve the right to any price changes For transports with extra width, overweight, that contain dangerous goods or are subject to other special conditions, additional fees apply beyond the per-linear-meter cost Please see our price list below or contact our freight booking to help calculate the price for your specific vehicle Cancellation fees The ticket can be rescheduled and refunded until 16:00 the day before the booked departure - If cancelled after 16:00 the day before the booked departure, a fee corresponding to half the amount of the cancelled ticket will be charged - If changed after 16:00 the day before the booked departure, a fee corresponding to half of the difference between the new and the previous price will be charged - In case of no show, a fee corresponding to the full amount of the ticket applies* * A no show is considered a booked unit that is cancelled within one (1) hour before departure time or does not arrive for departure without having cancelled their place in advance Payment for freight booking You can pay in advance by card on our website. After making a freight booking, you log in with your booking number and the phone number you provided on the booking Click "Log in and pay freight booking" and log in with the booking number. You can also pay by card at all terminals. Cash payment in Visby can only be made at the terminal ticket office. Other terminals are cashless Please note that we charge a service fee of SEK 100 for payments made less than 1 hour before departure Substances classified as dangerous goods Notify us if dangerous goods are being carried. On passenger vessels there are restrictions for the transport of substances classified as dangerous goods (e.g. gases, explosives, flammable or corrosive liquids) Service vehicles with welding equipment (gas cylinders) may not be carried on sailings with passengers Dangerous goods can be transported on certain sailings and must be booked and transported according to special regulations. Contact freight booking for more information Good to know before contacting freight booking - We need a registration number for the vehicle, and prefer that this is provided already at booking - Information about length, unladen weight and any payload of the vehicle must be provided at booking - Two drivers per vehicle travel at a reduced price. Please note that we need first name, last name and date of birth of all passengers on board (YYYY-MM-DD) - We only transport items that can be connected to a forklift or terminal truck and therefore do not handle loose goods, loose pallets or similar. We do not transport two-wheeled vehicles unaccompanied - Booked vehicles (including standalone trailers, wagons or machines) must have a functioning parking brake to be transported
