We strive to be a driving force in the development of Gotland as an attractive place to visit, work and live year-round – both now and in the future.
Through our partnership we promote a vibrant and active community life in culture and sports. We want to contribute to a healthier and more joyful everyday life, which we believe is more sustainable for the individual, society and Gotland. We have high expectations and require that our partners work actively on issues such as inclusion and equality.
To ensure that our requirements are met and our values are upheld, we maintain an active dialogue with our partners. In case of any deviations, we expect regular reports on what measures will be taken.
We sponsor associations that meet the following requirements:
- Are based on Gotland and actively contribute to the island's development
- Work with values-based issues and provide a safe environment for children and young people
- Promote sustainability, fair conditions and good health
- Actively strive to reduce their climate and environmental impact
To be granted sponsorship and contribute to a positive and sustainable development for Gotland, these criteria must be met.
