MINI TICKET & CAR PACKAGE
The Mini ticket is non-rebookable and non-refundable.
Travel conditions: The ticket is non-rebookable and non-refundable. Additional bookings and passenger name changes are allowed. Cancellation of extra services (e.g. transfer bus tickets) up to 1 hour before departure are refundable within 90 days from departure date.
Payment terms: Immediate payment. Tickets not paid in time are automatically cancelled.
FLEXI TICKET
The Flexi ticket is rebookable and refundable.
Travel conditions: The Flexi ticket can be rebooked up to 1 hour before departure and is refundable if cancelled no later than 1 hour before departure. It can be rebooked to another date within 90 days of the initial journey date. If you rebook to a more expensive alternative, you need to pay the difference. If you rebook to a cheaper alternative, the difference (minus the flexibility fee) is refundable. Ticket cancelled in whole or in part is refundable (minus the flexibility fee) within 90 days from departure date. Tickets not rebooked or cancelled in time are void and cannot be refunded or used on a later date.
Payment terms: Payment due no later than 28 days before departure. Tickets booked later than 28 days before departure require immediate payment. Tickets not paid in time are automatically cancelled. Please note that if you purchase a Mini ticket on the same booking, immediate payment is required for the entire booking.
FLEXIPLUS TICKET
The flexiplus ticket is rebookable and refundable. You pay a special surcharge for the flexibility, as specified at the time of reservation.
Booking terms: The ticket is rebookable up to one hour prior to departure, and is refundable on cancellation no later than one hour prior to departure. Tickets can be rebooked to another departure which is available at the time of rebooking.
Rebooking to a more expensive alternative will incur a cost for the difference.
Rebooking to a cheaper alternative will entitle You to a refund for the difference, provided the application for the refund is made within 90 days following the new departure date.
Cancellation of the whole or parts of the ticket is refundable, provided the application for the refund is made within 90 days following the original departure date. Tickets that are not amended or cancelled in time cannot be used at a later time or refunded.
Terms of payment: Payment must reach us no later than 28 days prior to the departure date. Bookings made later than 28 days prior to departure must be paid for immediately.
BOARDING
The gate opens about 1.5 hours before departure. The gate closes at 20 minutes before departure. The terminal area beyond the gates is protected under the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS). Searching through baggage and clothing may occur.
CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES
LPG (liquid gas) may only be carried in vehicles that are approved for that purpose.The main gas supply valve must be turned off while on board and the tank must be easily accessible. The door to the tank space must be unlocked and marked with the warning label supplied at the check-in booth. This applies as long as the vehicle is on board. You may need to remove antennas.
BAGGAGE
When you are travelling without a vehicle, please check in your baggage at the terminal. Checked baggage must be fully closed, max 25 kg per unit. Carry-ons are permitted in the passenger areas (max height 40 cm, length 50 cm, width 30 cm).
PETS ONBOARD
Your pet can stay in your vehicle during the trip. Possibility to visit one time during the crossing. Always indicate at check-in if you are bringing a pet. If you want to take your pet into the passenger areas, the following rules apply:
SF 1500 and SF 1650: Dogs and cats are allowed in the Pet Lounge (part of the Front Lounge). Limited seating that are to be booked.
MOTORCYCLES
There are suitable spaces for motorcycles on the car deck. Straps are available, hanging on the wall in front of each motorcycle space. You can also bring your own straps to be sure they are suitable for your motorcycle. The motorcycle should always be secured, regardless the weather condition.
PRAMS/BABY STROLLERS
Prams/baby strollers are allowed in passenger areas on board.
ALLERGIES
If you suffer from allergies, you can contact us for information about the on board environment; for example, the best seating for you.
DISABILITIES
Please notify us at check-in if you need special assistance in boarding. Terminal hosts are available to help you. If you are physically disabled and come by car, you can request a parking space close to a lift on-board. The ferries have day-cabins (limited number) and toilets for the disabled. Do not hesitate to ask the staff for help. Always notify us at booking if you are disabled.

CANCELLATION DUE TO ILLNES
All ticket types are refundable if you have to postpone your trip due to illness and you cancel your ticket up to 1 hour before departure, provided a valid doctor's certificate is shown within 90 days from departure date. The total cost of travel, including the flexibility fee of Flexi tickets, is refundable minus a SEK 50 handling fee.
LATE PAYMENTS AT THE CASHIER IN TERMINAL
If you need to make a late (ad hoc) booking, or changes that require payment less than 1 hour prior to departure, a handling fee of SEK 100 is charged.
