Whether you want breakfast, a meal or something sweet to your coffee you have several alternatives to choose from. The Food Market is always open at departure, no matter what time you travel. The Bistro in the aft part of the ship on deck 7 is open during the high season. For opening hours at other times of the year, please contact the information on board.
We have listened to our guests and designed a new restaurant concept on board. The menu has been composed with inspiration from around the world. The raw materials are carefully selected and the meat comes only from farms from Sweden and Gotland.
The ship's restaurant serves well-prepared food for all tastes and budgets. Everything from delicious fish dishes, fresh vegetarian food to rich meat dishes and guests' own favorites. To the hot dishes is always included salad and of course we offer soda water.
All main dishes are marked with symbols so that you easily can see which dishes are vegetarian or à la minute i.e. cooked to order.
For our youngest guests we always have a children's menu and several hot dishes that can be ordered in half-portion.
The menu is changed monthly during normal season and the kitchen stays open until 10 pm every day. We are fully licensed.
In order to offer locally produced food we cooperate with several suppliers from Gotland. All meat and chicken we serve on board is Swedish. Furthermore, we serve Fairtrade certified coffee, Rainforest Alliance certified tea and organic fruit at all of our departures. We support WWF's work on sustainable fisheries and serves only fish that is green listed in WWF's fishing guide or environment marked by requirements or MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified sustainable fisheries. Even our prawns are MSC certified.
If you are gluten or lactose intolerant, the dishes are all clearly labelled to help you choose. We always have gluten-free bread and pastries. Talk to the staff; they are happy to answer questions about the food.
