If you have booked a Flexi ticket, it must be paid for no later than 28 days before departure. Immediate payment is required closer than 28 days before departure. A mini ticket requires immediate payment. Tickets that are not paid for in time will be automatically canceled.
Can I change the names on a Mini ticket?

Will I get my money back on a Mini ticket if I get ill?

Yes if the ticket is canceled no later than 1 hour before departure, refund is allowed within 90 days when you have shown a doctor's certificate. Applies on all ticket types. A fee of 50 SEK applies.
