Mini and Flexi are two ticket types with different rates and conditions. You can choose different ticket combinations for your outward and return journey. All tickets can be booked until departure time. Ticket types cannot be changed after booking.
The Mini ticket is non-rebookable and non-refundable. Travel conditions: The ticket is non-rebookable and non-refundable. Additional bookings (except for Car package tickets) and passenger name changes are allowed. Additional bookings are at rates applicable on the new booking date. Cancellations of extra services (e.g. transfer bus tickets) up to 2 hours before departure are refundable within 90 days from departure date.Payment conditions: Immediate payment. Tickets not paid in time are automatically cancelled. A handling fee of SEK 50 is charged on tickets paid in cash at the terminal less than 2 hours before departure.
The Flexi ticket is rebookable and refundableTravel conditions: The Flexi ticket can be rebooked up to 2 hours before departure and is refundable if cancelled no later than 2 hours before departure. It can be rebooked to another date within 90 days of the initial journey date.Rebooking is at rates applicable on the rebooking date. Passengers who rebook to a more expensive alternative pay the difference between the higher rate and the original ticket price. The difference (minus the flexibility fee) is refundable if the rebooking is to a cheaper alternative. Ticket cancelled in whole or in part are refundable (minus the flexibility fee) within 90 days from departure date. Tickets not rebooked prior to 2 hours before departure are void and cannot be refunded or used on a later date. Additional bookings and passenger name changes are allowed. Cancellations of extra services (e.g. transfer bus tickets) up to 2 hours before departure are refundable within 90 days from departure date.Payment conditions: Payment due no later than 28 days before departure. Tickets booked later than 28 days before departure are paid at the time of booking. Tickets not paid in time are automatically cancelled. Please note that if you purchase a Mini ticket for your outward or return journey, these terms and conditions apply for the entire journey (i.e. immediate payment even if you book prior to 28 days before departure). Tickets booked less than 5 days before departure can be paid in cash at check-in. A handling fee of SEK 50 is charged on tickets paid in cash at the terminal less than 2 hours before departure.
All ticket types are refundable if you have to postpone your trip due to illness and you cancel your ticket up to 2 hours before departure, provided a valid doctor’s certificate is shown within 90 days from departure date. The total cost of travel, including the additional cost of Flexi tickets, is refundable minus a SEK 50 handling fee.

Children/youth under 13 cannot travel alone; they must be accompanied by someone aged at least 15.
The Swedish Maritime Administration stipulates that all passengers must state their name, dates of birth and nationality, as well as any physical disabilities.
Deviations from the timetable may occur in connection with military transports, due to repair work on the ships, delays or re-routing due to weather conditions, or other conditions over which the shipping line has no control. The shipping line is not responsible for damages or other consequences as a result of this. You may be offered rescheduling between ferries with no service charge.
Changes may occur in times, prices and payment/discount terms during the validity of the time table.
